FreePropo.com is designed with privacy at its core. All proposal data you enter stays in your browser and is never transmitted to our infrastructure.

  • Generated PDF files
  • Personal identification information (unless you voluntarily contact us)

2. How the Tool Works (Privacy by Design)

FreePropo.com operates entirely in your web browser using client-side JavaScript:

  • All data entry happens locally in your browser
  • PDF generation occurs on your device using client-side JavaScript
  • No proposal data is transmitted to our infrastructure
  • Your data is not stored in any cloud or database

This architecture ensures full control and privacy — your sensitive business information never leaves your device.

3. Information We May Collect

We may collect minimal, non-personal information through standard web technologies:

Analytics Data

We may use Google Analytics or similar services to collect anonymous usage statistics:

  • Pages visited

This data is aggregated and anonymized. It cannot be used to identify individual users.

Hosting Provider

This service is hosted on Cloudflare Pages with R2 and D1. Cloudflare acts as a data processor under Article 28 GDPR and processes minimal technical data (such as server logs) solely for security and operational purposes. These logs are automatically deleted within a short period and are not linked to individual users. The legal basis for processing this minimal technical data is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in ensuring security and stability of the service).

Content Delivery Networks (CDNs)

We may use Content Delivery Networks such as Cloudflare or similar providers to deliver static assets efficiently. These providers may temporarily process anonymized technical information (such as IP addresses) for caching and security purposes.

7. Data Security

Because no proposal data is collected or stored, there is nothing to secure on our side. Nonetheless, we use HTTPS encryption to ensure that all connections between your device and our service are secure.

All proposal generation is performed locally within your browser, ensuring full control and privacy. Your data remains on your device where you control its security.

8. Children's Privacy

FreePropo.com is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

9. GDPR Compliance (EU Users)

For users in the European Union:
